- Experience: 8–15 Years
3. Assistant Manager – HR & Admin
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM (HR) or Equivalent
- Experience: 5–8 Years
4. Senior Executive – HR & Admin
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM (HR) or Equivalent
- Experience: 2–6 Years
5. Executive – HR & Admin
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM (HR) or Equivalent
- Experience: 2–6 Years

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR), MSW, PGDM (HR), or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience as per the position.
- Experience in the Infrastructure or Construction Industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
