- Qualification: Relevant Engineering Degree / Diploma with applicable Safety qualifications
- Experience: Relevant experience in Real Estate / Building Construction Projects
2. MEP Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Relevant experience in High-Rise Residential / Real Estate Projects
3. Civil / MEP Supervisor
- Qualification: Diploma or relevant technical qualification
- Experience: Relevant experience in Building Construction / Real Estate Projects
Educational Qualification
Engineer Positions
- Minimum 60% or above in SSC.
- Minimum 60% or above in HSC.
- B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent qualification in the relevant engineering discipline.
Supervisor Position
- Minimum 45% or above in SSC.
- Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have relevant experience in Real Estate or Building Construction Projects.
- Maximum Age: 45 Years.
- Strong technical knowledge, coordination, quality, and project execution skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
