Project Manager – Salt Project
- Location: Salt Plant Site
- Experience: 5 – 10 Years
- Reporting To: General Manager / Head – Projects
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related field
- Project Management certification preferred
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end Salt Plant operations including seawater intake, brine management, salt production, crystallization, washing, storage, dispatch, and client coordination while ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Salt Plant operations and production activities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and operational improvements
- Coordinate with clients, logistics, and internal teams
- Supervise manpower, contractors, and site activities
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and smooth dispatch operations
- Monitor production targets, costs, and reporting systems
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Salt Plant operations & salt manufacturing processes
- Expertise in brine management, evaporation, crystallization & washing systems

Civil Engineer – Salt Plant
- Location: Salt Plant Site
- Experience: 2 – 5 Years
- Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Civil Engineer
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage
Role Overview
The Civil Engineer – Salt Plant will supervise and execute civil and earthwork activities including bunds, ponds, channels, roads, drainage systems, reservoirs, and plant infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil and earthwork activities at Salt Plant site
- Handle bund formation, excavation, leveling, drainage, ponds, roads, RCC/PCC works, and infrastructure development
- Monitor contractors, machinery, site progress, and quality standards
- Ensure safety compliance and proper execution as per drawings and specifications
- Maintain daily reports, measurements, and project documentation
- Coordinate with project teams for timely completion of work
- Solve site-related engineering and maintenance issues
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction & earthwork
