KCC Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Engineer Planning professionals for National Highways Road Projects and Airport Projects across multiple states in India.
The company is looking for experienced planning engineers with expertise in project scheduling, monitoring, resource planning, and construction project management.
Position Details
1. Engineer Planning
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Relevant Experience)
- No. of Positions: 05
- Project Type: National Highways Road Projects / Airport Projects
- Location: Multiple Projects Across India
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource-loaded construction plans.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Support project claims, Extension of Time (EOT), and project documentation.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of planning experience in:
- National Highways Projects
- Road Projects
- Airport Projects
- Proficiency in:
- Primavera P6
- MS Project
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
