Qualification
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience Required
- Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience in:
- Pre-Cost Estimation
- Tendering
- National Highways (NH) Projects
- Railway Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for National Highway and Railway projects.
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform accurate quantity estimation and project cost analysis.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and tendering teams during bid preparation.
- Evaluate project risks and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, contract conditions, and industry standards.
