- Expertise: Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
3. PMG – Planning, QS & Billing (Engineer to Manager)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

- Expertise: Planning, Quantity Surveying & Billing
4. QMS – QA/QC (Engineer to Manager)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5–15 years of experience in High-Rise Residential, Commercial Buildings, or Villa Projects.
- Experience with reputed construction companies is preferred.
- Age should be below 45 years.
