Eligibility Criteria
- 12–18 years of relevant experience.
- Working experience in the Seamless Pipe & Tube Industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Hot Mill Production, manufacturing processes, quality standards, production planning, and operational excellence.
- Leadership and team management experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Hot Mill Production operations for seamless pipe manufacturing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for improved productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and process management.
