Open Positions:
- OD Executive
- OD Manager
Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
Experience:
- OD Executive: 2-5 years (preferably in engineering / Construction sector)
- OD Manager: 6-10 years (experience in heavy engineering / construction industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement OD strategics aligned with business and project goals
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across sites and HO
- Support performance management, competency mapping and talent development
- Coordinate training & development programs for technical and non-technical staff
- Assist in change management initiative in a project-driven environment
