1. Project Head
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12+ Years
- Expertise in Project Execution, Budgeting, Contracts, Vendor Management, and Statutory Compliance
2. Planning Engineer / Manager
- Experience: 5–12 Years
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Strong Project Planning, Monitoring, Reporting, and Coordination Skills
3. QC Engineer / Manager
- Experience: 5–15 Years
- Experience in QA/QC for Building Construction Projects
- Knowledge of IS Codes, Material Testing, and Quality Management Systems
4. Senior Site Engineer / Construction Manager
- Experience: 6–15 Years
- Expertise in RCC Works, Finishing Activities, Contractor Management, and Site Coordination
5. Site Supervisor
- Experience: 4–6 Years
- Knowledge of Site Execution and Coordination
- Ability to Operate Auto Level
- Experience in Reading Construction Drawings and Maintaining Site Records
Mandatory Experience
Candidates applying for any position must have:
- Experience in the Building Construction Industry.
- Experience working on at least two Residential Township or Multistorey High-Rise Building Projects.
- Experience in projects executed using Mivan Shuttering Technology.
- Hands-on experience in G+15 and above Residential High-Rise Building Projects.
- Strong understanding of construction execution and project coordination.
