1. Manager – Civil
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 Years
- Requirement: Experience in independently handling RCC and Finishing Works in High-Rise Building Projects. Exposure to premium residential and commercial finishing work is preferred.
2. Senior Engineer / Engineer – Civil / Finishing
- Qualification: B.E. (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–20 Years
- Requirement: Experience in RCC and Finishing Works for High-Rise Building Projects.
3. Manager / Engineer – Planning
- Qualification: B.E. (Civil) + PGD
- Experience: 5–20 Years
- Requirement: Planning, Monitoring, Scheduling, and Project Controls for High-Rise Building Projects.
4. Manager / Senior Engineer / Engineer – QS & Billing / BBS
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–15 Years
- Requirement: Quantity Surveying, Billing, and BBS for High-Rise Building Projects.
5. Manager / Senior Engineer / Engineer – QA/QC
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–15 Years
- Requirement: QA/QC activities for High-Rise Building Projects.
6. Foreman – Steel / Shuttering
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 5–25 Years
- Requirement: Experience in Mivan Shuttering / Aluminium Formwork for Residential & Commercial Building Projects.
7. Supervisor / Foreman – Civil / Finishing
- Qualification: SSC Pass
- Experience: 5–20 Years
- Requirement: RCC and Finishing Works in Residential & Commercial Building Projects.
8. Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer / Engineer – MEP (Execution & Billing)
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 5–20 Years
- Requirement: MEP Execution and Billing for Residential & Commercial Building Projects.
9. Officer – HSE
- Qualification: Graduate + ADIS / PDIS
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years
- Requirement: HSE management for Residential & Commercial Building Projects.
10. Supervisor – HSE
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years
- Requirement: HSE supervision for Residential & Commercial Building Projects.
