Project Type: Highway & Structural Infrastructure Project
1. Engineer – QS & Planning
- Experience: 10 Years total experience, Minimum 5 Years in similar structure works, Fluent in English
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update project baseline schedule using Primavera / MS Project
- Develop detailed work programs for highway and structural works
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against targets
- Coordinate with Highway and Structure teams for updates
- Identify delays and prepare recovery plans
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules
- Track physical and financial progress
- Prepare quantity measurements for executed works
- Prepare client billing (IPC) and maintain records
- Quantity reconciliation (BOQ vs Executed vs Billed)
- Prepare monthly cash flow projections
- Forecast monthly material requirements
- Track actual expenditure vs planned budget
- Maintain stock and material utilization records
- Track cash utilization and carry-forward balances
2. Jr. Highway Engineer
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years in road / highway projects
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute highway construction activities
- Supervise earthwork, subgrade, GSB, base, and bituminous works
- Implement work plans from Deputy Engineer
- Ensure line, level, camber, and compaction standards
- Coordinate with Survey and QA/QC teams
- Maintain progress reports and measurements
- Track material consumption and machinery utilization
- Monitor embankment, DBM, BC, tack coat, and prime coat works
- Identify site issues and report to management
- Ensure HSE compliance
- Coordinate with Structure team during execution
- Support achievement of project targets
3. Quality Assurance Engineer – QA/QC
- Experience: 10 Years total experience, Fluent in English
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish QA/QC systems for the project
- Ensure compliance with AASHTO / MoRTH / IRC standards
- Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Verify execution as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor highway and structural work quality
- Supervise laboratory operations and field testing
- Verify compaction, gradation, bitumen, and concrete test results
- Ensure calibration of testing equipment
- Conduct stage-wise inspections
- Submit quality reports and compliance documents
- Coordinate approvals with PMC / PIU
- Handle NCRs and corrective actions
- Maintain quality records and audit documentation
- Monitor proper material storage and usage
- Preference for SAP / ERP system experience
4. Officer – Store Head
- Experience: 5–10 Years, Fluent in English
- Qualification: B.Com / Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations
- Inventory control of construction materials
- Verify material receipts and documentation
- Maintain stock registers and tracking systems
- Coordinate with QS & Planning team
- Prevent wastage and pilferage
- Ensure proper material storage
- Conduct stock verification and reconciliation
- Prepare inventory and consumption reports
- Maintain SAP / ERP inventory records
- Coordinate with accounts and audit teams
5. Document Controller
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years, Proficient in English
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage project drawings, reports, and approvals
- Maintain hardcopy and digital document systems
- Track incoming and outgoing documents
- Maintain version control and revision tracking
- Handle transmittals and correspondence
- Create structured Google Sheets tracking systems
- Develop hyperlink-based document indexes
- Handle large datasets and reporting
- Maintain digital repositories and backups
- Support QS & Planning documentation
- Track submission status and approvals
- Preference for centralized data management system experience
6. Survey Head
- Experience: 10 Years total experience, Minimum 5 Years in highway / structure projects, Fluent in English
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead survey activities for highway and structure works
- Establish control points and benchmarks
- Ensure accurate alignment, levels, and cross-sections
- Validate survey data and quantity calculations
- Prepare cross-sections using CalQuan or equivalent software
- Coordinate with QS & Planning teams
- Monitor road formation levels and finished levels
- Operate Total Station, GPS, RTK, and Auto Level systems
- Maintain calibration and survey records
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings and sketches
7. Senior Engineer – Structure
- Experience: 10 Years total experience, Minimum 5 Years in similar structure works, Fluent in English
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead structural works including culverts and bridges
- Plan and schedule structural activities
- Review drawings and BBS before execution
- Supervise excavation, PCC, reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting
- Handle shuttering quantity estimation and reuse planning
- Manage steel reconciliation and wastage control
- Monitor full concreting cycle and de-shuttering
- Coordinate with QA/QC and Survey teams
- Ensure sequencing of substructure and superstructure works
- Plan materials, labour, and equipment requirements
- Resolve technical issues independently
- Ensure safety during excavation and lifting operations
- Track project progress and reporting
