Open Positions
1. Project Manager – Solar
- Role: Lead cross-functional project execution and coordinate with Site Heads and stakeholders.
- Key Focus: Project governance, site engagement, execution monitoring, and timely project delivery.
2. Project Manager – Wind
- Role: Lead project coordination for wind energy projects.
- Key Focus: Execution efficiency, stakeholder communication, project governance, and timely delivery.
3. Site Head – Solar
- Role: Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar projects.
- Key Focus: EPC contractors, OEMs, site teams, safety, quality, commissioning, and project delivery.
4. Site Head – Wind
- Role: Lead execution of large-scale wind energy projects.
- Key Focus: EPC contractors, OEMs, project teams, safety, quality, commissioning, and timelines.
5. Field Quality – Mechanical
- Role: Manage construction quality activities across project sites.
- Key Focus: Quality audits, inspections, third-party inspections, and quality compliance.
6. Supply Quality
- Role: Manage supply quality and inspection activities.
- Key Focus: RFI, MDCC, QAP approvals, supplier assessments, and vendor compliance.
7. Design Engineer – SCADA, PPC & SAS Systems
- Role: Design, integrate, and commission electrical automation systems.
- Key Focus: SCADA, PPC, SAS, communication infrastructure, and utility-scale Solar, Wind & Hybrid projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant qualification and experience as per the position.
- Experience in Solar, Wind, Hybrid Energy, EPC, Renewable Energy, Quality, or Engineering Projects will be preferred.
- Strong project management, technical, leadership, and coordination skills.
