- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, cost control, quality, safety, vendor and contract management.
- Proven experience in delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
2. Lead MEP Execution
- Experience: 15+ Years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Key Requirements:
- Experience in MEP project management for large-scale Real Estate / Construction Projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting Systems.
- Experience in MEP execution, contractor management, technical reviews, site inspections, quality control, compliance, and project coordination.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
3. Lead Civil Infra
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Key Requirements:
- Experience in large-scale Civil Construction Projects.
- Strong expertise in civil execution, structural works, contractor management, site inspections, quality control, safety compliance, technical reviews, BOQs, and project coordination.
- Ability to lead contractors and engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery.
