• Experience: 5–8 Years

• Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using project management tools
- Coordination with project teams to track progress and timelines
- Preparation of project reports, MIS, and progress updates
• Structural Design Engineer (Team Lead)
• Experience: 8–12 Years
• Salary: ₹10 – ₹12 LPA
• Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the structural design team
- Review and approve structural drawings and calculations
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements
- Coordinate with project teams for effective design execution
• Legal Executive
• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Salary: ₹2 – ₹4 LPA
• Key Responsibilities:
- Handling RERA matters, agreements, and legal documentation
- Managing employee-related legal cases
- Handling civil, criminal, and RERA litigation
- Coordination with advocates and maintaining legal records
