Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (No Diploma)
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP & AutoCAD
- Experience with Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination)
- Understanding of MEP Systems (HVAC, piping, electrical, fire alarm, ELV)
- Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD & coordination standards
- Experience in BOQ, 4D/5D BIM (Preferred)
- Strong communication & coordination skills
