- Experience: 8–12 Years
- Industry: Wind Energy (Mandatory)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Document control & records management
- Quality assurance of project resources
- Customer satisfaction & delivery excellence
- Management of product deviations & NCRs
- Internal, external & customer audit management
- Change management & governance implementation
- Continuous improvement programs
2. Legal Manager
- Experience: 8–12 Years
- Industry: Wind Energy (Preferred)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Legal due diligence for land parcels
- Manage court cases & land-related legal matters
- Draft, review & execute legal agreements
- Liaison with RMD, customers & bankers
- Verify legal documents for land purchase & transfers
- Circulate legal updates & statutory notifications
- Develop and mentor legal team
- Ensure legal process improvements
