2. Sr. Engineer – Planning
3. Assistant Manager – Planning
• Experience Required: 3+ Years
• Education: B.E – Civil (Additional Certification will be an advantage)
Skills Required
• Advanced MS Excel
• MS Project (MSP) / Primavera (Preferred)
• Preparation, maintenance & updating of detailed project schedules
• Physical vs Financial progress tracking (Earned Value concepts preferred)
• Coordination with Civil, MEP, Sub-contractors & Suppliers
• Monitoring planned vs actual progress and identifying delays
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reporting
• Delay analysis (EOT / Time Impact Analysis)
