Shivam Condev Private Limited is inviting applications from experienced professionals for multiple positions across project sites and head office locations. Candidates with prior construction and infrastructure project experience will be preferred.
Open Positions
1. Billing Engineer – 1 Position
• Location: Baripada (Odisha)
• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Civil Engineering
• Knowledge: Road construction processes, contract management, billing procedures, MS Excel & billing software
• Responsibilities: Prepare and verify bills, payment certificates, and progress claims for road projects
2. Maintenance In-Charge – 1 Position
• Location: Baripada (Odisha)
• Experience: 7–10 Years
• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Civil Engineering
• Experience in road maintenance, construction, quality control, road materials & machinery
• Strong planning, leadership & reporting skills
3. Site Accountant – 1 Position
• Location: Baripada (Odisha)
• Experience: 5–10 Years
• Qualification: Graduate in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
• Responsibilities: Vendor payments, payroll, expense tracking, budgeting & reconciliation
• Knowledge of Tally preferred
4. Material Engineer – 1 Position
• Location: Boudh (Odisha)
• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma Civil
• Knowledge: Pavement materials, bitumen, asphalt mix design, soil stabilization, lab testing, IRC/ASTM/IS standards
• Preference: Road sector experience
5. Surveyor – 2 Positions
• Location: Dhanbad / Chhattisgarh
• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Civil Engineering or Surveying
• Skills: Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD & surveying instruments
• Experience: Railway or large infrastructure projects preferred
6. TA Specialist – 1 Position
• Location: Head Office
• Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or relevant field
• Experience: Recruitment and HR operations, site/project-based hiring
• Skills: Communication & negotiation
7. Accountant – CA Inter / CMA Final – 1 Position
• Location: Head Office
• Experience: 7–10 Years
• Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Final or equivalent
• Knowledge: Tally, SAP, GST, compliance, taxation, vendor & payroll payments
8. Accountant – 1 Position
• Location: Head Office
• Experience: 4–5 Years
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter)
• Responsibilities: Project-wise cost reports, budgets, expense tracking, vendor payments, payroll & reconciliations
• Construction accounting experience preferred

• Candidates from Odisha are preferred
• Prior construction experience is highly preferred
