Planning Engineer
- Experience: 05 to 10 Years
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- Preferred: M.Tech
- Job Location: Ahmedabad & Gujarat
- Project Type: High-Rise Buildings / Tall Structure Projects (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare baseline construction schedules and identify project resource requirements
- Monitor project progress on a daily basis and submit timely Planning MIS reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams at Site and Head Office for smooth execution
- Track baseline schedules using MS Project / Primavera against actual progress
- Handle contractual correspondence related to planning and delays
- Maintain detailed records of delays, hindrances, and project constraints
