- Experience in Dam & Road Projects (Mandatory)

Job Summary
- Responsible for site execution, supervision, and coordination
- Ensure project completion with quality, safety, and timelines
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise dam and road construction activities
- Manage works like:
- Earthwork
- Embankment
- Concreting
- Pavement works
- Ensure work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams
- Monitor daily progress and prepare DPR / MPR reports
- Optimize use of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Implement safety practices and compliance
- Support measurement, billing, and quantity estimation
- Resolve on-site technical issues
