Open Positions
1. NDE Supervisor / Engineer
- Location: Hazira
Responsibilities:
- Perform, interpret, and evaluate NDE methods (PT, MT, UT, RT) as per ASME Codes
- Prepare reports and procedures, develop advanced NDE techniques
- Daily NDE planning, resource allocation, cost estimation, and documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders and oversee calibration
- Preference for candidates experienced in ToFD, PAUT, Digital/Computed Radiography
2. Quality Engineer
- Location: Hazira
Responsibilities:
- Inspection and verification of purchased products, castings, forgings, and machined components
- Dimensional/NDT inspection, NCR handling, supplier audits, and vendor evaluation
- Coordination with customers to ensure compliance with approved quality plans and codes
3. Shop QC Supervisor / Engineer
- Location: Hazira
Responsibilities:
- Stage-wise inspection of boiler components (headers, panels, coils)
- Ensure compliance with QAP, codes, and standards
- Material evaluation, welding inspection, documentation, NCR resolution
- Coordination with third-party agencies for witness inspections
4. Assistant Manager / Manager – QA/QC
- Location: Pan India
Responsibilities:
- Inspection and QA of structural components, pressure parts, and electrical & instrumentation items
- NDT, welding, RCA, and compliance with IS/ASME/AWS/IEC standards
- Vendor development, joint audits, inspection planning, and documentation standardization
- Knowledge of SAP, ISO 9001:2015 QMS, internal/external audits, contractual quality compliance
