Role-Wise Requirements
Site Execution
- Experience in Mivan construction activities
- Site coordination and progress monitoring
Finishing
- Plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, etc.
- Managing finishing quality and timelines
Rebar
- Cutting, bending, placing, binding
- Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation
- Coordination with structural drawings
Billing / Commercial / Costing
- BOQ preparation
- Rate analysis
- Client billing and site commercial handling
Planning
- Project scheduling using MS Project / Primavera
- Monitoring progress and reporting
QA/QC
- Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Quality standards and documentation
EHS
- Risk assessment and safety compliance
- Mandatory: ADIS / PDIS from SBTET
Formwork
- System, module & monolithic formwork experience
