Experience Required
- Experience in Solar O&M (Mandatory)
- Exposure to utility-scale solar power plants preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Operation & maintenance of solar PV plants
- Monitoring plant performance & energy generation
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance (modules, inverters, etc.)
- SCADA monitoring and analysis
- Ensuring safety and quality standards
- Coordination with site teams and stakeholders
Key Skills
- Knowledge of inverters, transformers, switchyards
- Experience with SCADA systems
- Troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Understanding of electrical systems in solar plants
