1. Dy. Manager / Manager – Contracts & Claim Management
- Department: Contracts & Commercial
- Experience: 3–6 Years
- Preferred Industry Experience: Infrastructure / EPC / Water / Irrigation / Solar / Power / Construction
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Power / Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration and compliance
- Claims & EOT preparation and management
- Tendering & Pre-Contract support
- Risk Management and mitigation
- Process Excellence & Reporting
- Understanding of EPC, PPP, and government contract conditions (FIDIC preferred)
- Ability to prepare basic claims, EoT submissions, and valuation summaries
- Strong drafting and documentation skills
