This hiring is focused on Structural Health Assessment (SHA) and O&M audit roles, offering professionals an opportunity to work on critical infrastructure inspection, auditing, and safety evaluation.
Open Positions
1. Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – O&M Audit (SHA)
- Location: Pan India
- Experience: 6 to 10 Years
- Qualification: Civil Engineering (Specialization in Structural Engineering preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Structural Health Assessments (SHA)
- Inspect bridges, culverts, ROBs, and structures
- Identify structural defects and safety issues
- Analyze root causes and recommend solutions
- Review drawings, design data, and maintenance records
- Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations
- Ensure compliance and structural safety
Required Skills
- Expertise in RCC / PSC / Steel Structures
- Experience in structural inspection & audit methods
- Knowledge of IRC Codes, IS Codes, standards
- Familiarity with NDT techniques (preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
2. Manager – Billing (O&M Audit)
- Location: Bhopal (Corporate Office)
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years
- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Verify O&M project billing
- Scrutinize BOQ, agreements, and drawings
- Identify discrepancies and overbilling
- Prepare audit observations and reports
- Use SAP for billing verification and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of billing & audit processes
- SAP proficiency (Mandatory)
- Understanding of contracts, BOQ, measurements
- Good documentation and communication skills
