- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) – 5 Years
OR Diploma (Mechanical) – 10 Years - Experience: Relevant QA/QC experience in mechanical works
Job Details
- Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)
- Working: 10 Hours / Day, 6 Days / Week
- Job Type: Contractual
Key Responsibilities
- Review of IFC, P&ID & Isometric Drawings
- WPS, PQR & Welder Qualification checks
- Inspection of pipes, fittings, valves, gaskets
- Fit-up, alignment & welding inspection
- Monitoring welding parameters
- Coordination with NDT (RT, UT, MPI, DPI)
- PWHT monitoring
- Hydrotest / Pneumatic testing
- Line walk & punch list preparation
