1. Store Executive
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Material Management or related field
- Experience: 2–5 years in construction industry store management
- Knowledge of inventory control and material inward/outward process
- Proficiency in ERP / Tally / MS Excel / inventory management software
- Good documentation and coordination skills
2. Store Manager
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain / Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years in construction site store management
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel and inventory software
- Team handling and reporting experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete store operations
- Inventory planning and control
- Vendor coordination and material reconciliation
- Implement store procedures and compliance
3. HR & Admin Officer
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
- Experience: 3–6 years in construction industry HR & Admin
- Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office, ERP
- Experience in site HR management preferred
