Job Details:
Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru
The maximum age limit for all the below mentioned positions is 45 years.
Criteria: Candidates must have 2-12 years of relevant experience in high-rise buildings projects with qualification of SSC / Intermediate / Any Graduation, including commercial, residential, or Villa developments, with well-established organizations.
Relevant experience in industrial and High-rise Building Projects with large construction is preferred.
Available Positions
1. Jr. Officer / Sr. Supervisor / Supervisor – EHS
- Department: EHS
- Expertise: Construction safety management, hazard identification and risk assessment, ensuring safety compliance with regulations, site monitoring and enforcement and preparation of documentation and reports.
2. Sr. Supervisor / Supervisor – NT (Structures)
- Department: Civil Execution
- Expertise: Supervision of raft, footing, slab, beam, column and shear wall works, labour handling, housekeeping, material segregation and proper stockings, formwork inspection (conventional and system formwork such as MIVAN), and concrete pouring supervison with quality checks.
3. Sr. Supervisor / Supervisor – NT (Finishing)
- Department: Civil Execution
- Expertise: Supervision and execution of wall and ceiling finishes, flooring works, door and window installation, waterproofing Coordination, quality control and snagging, MEP coordination, housekeeping and front-end structural works through of final finishing, including wall, celling gypsum, and punning works.
4. Foreman – Steel (MIVAN)
- Department: Civil Execution
- Expertise: Study and interpretation of drawings, preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per approved draiwngs, cutting, bending, and placement of reinforcement accordingly, steel quality estimation, structural steel coordination, and steel yard maintenance.
5. Foreman – Shuttering (MIVAN / Conventional)
- Department: Civil Execution
- Expertise: Execution of aluminium formwork systems as per approved draiwngs and site conditions, Drawing interpretation, installation and execution supervision, housekeeping and material management with standard compliance checks, quality control and safety management.
