Open Positions – Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
1. BIM Modeller
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 2–8 Years (Relevant)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop BIM models
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines
- Produce clash-free construction drawings
2. CAD Draftsman
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 2–8 Years (Relevant)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed CAD & shop drawings
- Coordinate with design and site teams
3. Design Coordinator
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 5–8 Years (Relevant)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design coordination between consultants, internal teams & site
- Ensure timely approvals and drawing releases
4. Contracts Manager
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 8–16 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contracts management
- Billing, variations & claims handling
- Commercial coordination
