Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- B.E. (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical as applicable)
- Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years in QS & Billing roles
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for quantity estimation and billing
- BOQ preparation, analysis, and quantity take-offs
- Checking and certification of client bills & invoicing
- Quantity surveying for civil / MEP works
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Documentation, reporting, and MIS
- Coordination with site, consultants, and internal teams
