- Experience: 4–10 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Expertise: High-rise residential formwork
- Location: Gurugram, Delhi, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the research, development and implementation of formwork systems for residential buildings
- Manage formwork design, planning and execution
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards
- Lead and manage engineers and technicians
- Develop SOPs for formwork storage, inventory, material movement and reuse
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective and quality materials
- Drive continuous improvement through new materials, technologies and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards
- Identify and implement construction technologies to improve formwork efficiency and productivity
Role Purpose
The selected professional will lead the development and implementation of advanced formwork systems for residential building projects, with a focus on cost efficiency, construction speed, quality and operational excellence.
