- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 7 Years after completion of the degree
4. Environment Safeguard Expert
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years after completion of the degree
5. Social Safeguard Expert
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Sociology
