Current Job Openings
1. Senior Lab Technician
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Project Location: Liberia
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct field and laboratory testing for road and structural works.
- Perform testing of soil, aggregates, GSB, base materials, bitumen, and concrete.
- Carry out field density, compaction, and moisture content tests.
- Assist in bituminous work testing and concrete cube preparation.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and testing documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers for inspections and quality audits.
2. Quality Assurance Engineer – QA/QC
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years
- Project Location: Liberia
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement QA/QC systems for highway projects.
- Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Monitor earthwork, GSB, subgrade, pavement, and structural works.
- Supervise laboratory testing and verify quality reports.
- Coordinate inspections with PMC and PIU.
- Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
3. Planning & Billing Engineer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Preferred Qualification: Master’s Degree / MBA
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Project Location: Angola
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare project schedules using MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and critical path activities.
- Generate S-Curves, dashboards, and earned value reports.
- Prepare client invoices and Running Account (RA) Bills.
- Support contract administration, variation orders, and Extension of Time (EOT) documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and construction teams.
4. Construction Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 10–12 Years (Minimum 3 Years as Construction Manager)
- Project Location: Angola
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of electrical distribution projects.
- Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and site resources.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, utility standards, and HSE procedures.
- Monitor progress, quality, inspections, and documentation.
- Coordinate with client representatives and multidisciplinary teams.
Educational Qualification
- Senior Lab Technician: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- QA/QC Engineer: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Planning & Billing Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree / MBA preferred)
- Construction Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in Highway, Power Distribution, and EPC Infrastructure Projects.
- International project experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of FIDIC, EPC contracts, QA/QC systems, planning tools, and project execution is desirable.
- Experience with World Bank (WB) or African Development Bank (AFDB) funded projects will be an added advantage for the Construction Manager role.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English are preferred where applicable.
