1. MEP Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 18+ Years
- Managerial Experience: Minimum 5 Years in a managerial role handling large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, Hospitality, or High-Rise Projects in the UAE/GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works from planning to project handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Manage MEP design reviews, shop drawings, material approvals, and authority submissions.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, safety, and resource allocation.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and HSE requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS Systems.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders effectively.
