1. Project Manager
- Experience: 10–15 Years
- Leading end-to-end project execution, planning, client coordination, and resource management.
2. Civil Engineer (Execution)
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Managing RCC, finishing works, subcontractors, and daily site execution.
3. Billing Engineer
- Experience: 4–7 Years
- Preparing RA Bills, BOQs, quantity estimation, reconciliation, and client billing.
4. QA/QC Engineer
- Experience: 5–9 Years
- Quality inspections, material approvals, documentation, and compliance with project specifications.
5. Store Officer
- Experience: 3–6 Years
- Material receipt, inventory management, ERP entries, stock reconciliation, and issue control.
6. Surveyor
- Experience: 3–8 Years
- Conducting site surveys, layout marking, level checks, quantity measurements, and coordinating with the execution team.
7. Site Supervisor
- Experience: 5–10 Years
- Supervising day-to-day construction activities, monitoring manpower, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
8. Foreman
- Experience: 8–15 Years
- Managing workforce, coordinating daily site activities, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
