Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines for technical positions.
Candidates applying for Environmental and Social Safeguard roles should possess relevant educational qualifications in their respective fields.
Higher qualifications and relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

Relevant experience in Road & Highway Construction Supervision is mandatory.
Experience in World Bank, ADB, JICA, or other Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) funded projects will be preferred.
Experience in Road Infrastructure Projects in North-East India will be an added advantage.
Candidates should possess strong technical, project supervision, and reporting skills.

Evaluation Criteria

Applications will be evaluated based on the following parameters:

Essential Educational Qualification: 15%
Higher Qualification than Essential Requirement: 5%
Experience in MDB-Funded Projects (World Bank, ADB, JICA, etc.): 10%
Relevant Experience in North-East Road Projects: 5%
