1. Planning Engineer

• Department: Planning

Experience Required

• 5–15 Years of relevant experience in Urban Infrastructure or Civil Construction Projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in Planning, Billing, Contracts, and Project Execution.
• Candidates with Urban Infrastructure Project experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Planning Engineer

• Prepare Project Baseline Programme and Project Schedules.
• Project Planning and Resource Allocation.
• Cash Flow Projection and Rolling Programme.
• Time Cycle Tracking and S-Curve Preparation.
• Track Project Milestones and Critical Path Activities.
• Prepare Method Statements and MIS Reports.

Contracts Engineer

• Review and analyze project contracts.
• Prepare Contract Appreciation Documents (CAD).
• Maintain contractual correspondence.
• Prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT) claims with proper delay analysis.

QS Billing Engineer

• Handle Client Billing and Subcontract Billing activities.
• Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills.
• Reconcile Certified RA Bills.
• Identify withheld quantities and client deductions.
• Update billing records in SAP.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should possess a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• M.Tech (Construction Management), PGDM, or QSCM from NICMAR will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should have 5–15 years of experience in Urban Infrastructure or Civil Construction Projects.
• Strong knowledge of Planning, Contracts, QS Billing, SAP, and Project Execution is preferred.
