- Experience: 12+ Years
3. Senior Engineer – QS
- Department: QS & Planning
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 7+ Years
4. Project Engineer – QS
- Department: QS & Planning
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3+ Years
5. Assistant Manager – Projects (MIVAN)

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in High-Rise Residential Projects is mandatory.
- MIVAN construction experience is mandatory for Project and QS positions.
- Tamil-speaking candidates are mandatory for all positions.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required for Project and QS roles.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is acceptable for the Plumbing (MEP) position.
