- Preferred: MBA / PGDM / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations, Diploma in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations
- Experience: Assistant Manager (6–10 Years), Manager (10–15 Years)
2. Assistant Manager / Manager – General Administration
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Administration, Operations, or HR
- Experience: Assistant Manager (6–10 Years), Manager (10–15 Years)
3. HR Executive / Senior Executive – Payroll & Onboarding
- Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW
- Experience: 4–8 Years
- Preferred: Payroll & Statutory Compliance Knowledge
