1. Mechanical Incharge
- Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 8–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of centrifugal compressors (6000+ CFM)
- Refrigerant dryers
- Cooling towers (Paharpur & North Street)
- Screw compressors
- Various industrial pumps
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- MTBF & MTTR analysis
- Team leadership and maintenance planning
2. Electrician
- Qualification: ITI – Electrician
- Experience: 3–5 Years
Required Skills:
- LT Electrical Systems
- Motors & Breakers
- Cable Maintenance
- PLC (Siemens, Rockwell, GE)
- SCADA WINCC
- RSLogix
3. Electrical Supervisor
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 5 Years

4. WTP / ETP / RO Operator
