Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and milestones.
- Develop WBS, baseline schedules, and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with execution, procurement, and QA/QC teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resource planning and productivity monitoring.
- Support project management through planning and reporting.
