1. Manager – Planning / Billing / QS Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–15 Years
2. Senior Engineer – Planning / Billing / QS Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–15 Years
3. Engineer – Planning / Billing / QS Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Scheduling using Primavera and MS Project.
- Quantity Take-Off from Drawings for Roads, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, CD Works, and Structures.
- Preparation and Verification of Client Bills and Subcontractor Bills.
- BOQ Reconciliation, Rate Analysis, and Variation Statements.
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Monitoring and MIS Reporting.
- Measurement Certification as per Drawings and Site Execution.
- Productivity Monitoring and Cost Control.
- Coordination with Site, Survey, QA/QC, and Client Teams.
- DPR Review and Work Progress Forecasting.

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- Client Billing and Contractor Billing

- BOQ Preparation and Reconciliation

Required Technical Skills
- Primavera P6
- MS Project
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- AutoCAD
- BOQ Preparation and Analysis
- Quantity Take-Off
- Rate Analysis
- MIS Reporting
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Billing, Quantity Surveying, and Planning.
- Knowledge of MoRTH and IRC Specifications will be preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience in road and highway construction projects is mandatory.
