- Expertise in Civil Tendering & Estimation
- BOQ, Rate Analysis, Costing & Quantity Take-off
- Technical & Commercial Tender Evaluation
- Tender-stage Resource Planning
- Sub-vendor Coordination
- Leadership & Team Management Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD & MSP
2. Middle Level – Civil Tender Engineer
- Experience: 7+ YearsKey Requirements:
- Civil Tendering & Estimation Experience
- BOQ, Rate Analysis, Costing & Quantity Take-off
- Preparation of Competitive Estimates
- Resource Planning & Vendor Coordination
- Support in Technical & Commercial Tendering
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD & MSP
3. Junior Level – Civil Tender Engineer
- Experience: 3+ Years
Key Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis & Quantity Take-off
- Good Excel Skills
- Preparation of Estimates & Tender Documents
- Documentation & Tender Submission Support
- Resource Planning & Vendor Coordination
