- Civil structures
2. Preparation of:
- Project schedules
- Resource plans
- Progress monitoring reports
3. Coordination with authorities for:
- Approvals
- Inspections
- Clearances
4. Liaising with internal departments:
- Design
- Procurement
- Contracts
- Execution
5. Managing:
- Subcontractors
- Vendors
- Site teams
6. Ensuring compliance with:
- IRS Specifications
- RDSO Guidelines
- Railway Codes
7. Monitoring:
- Quantities
- RA Bills
- Certifications
- Variations
- Claims
- Project costs
8. Participating in:
- Review meetings
- Technical discussions

1. Proven experience in:
- Railway siding projects
- Track projects
- Rail infrastructure projects
