1. Assistant – HR
- Department: HR
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, MBA / PGDM in HR preferred, Relevant HR experience, preferably in onboarding
- Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coordination with stakeholders
- Understanding of HR processes and practices
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office
2. Assistant Design Coordinator
- Department: Project Execution
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience: 1–5 Years
Required Skills:
- Civil engineering and construction knowledge
- Understanding of construction and architectural drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication and documentation skills
3. Assistant Engineer
- Department: Project Execution
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 1–5 Years
Required Skills:
- Department coordination and technical oversight
- SOP implementation and system development
- MIS reporting and risk tracking
- Site support and coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint
4. Assistant Engineer
- Department: Tender (Civil)
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3–5 Years
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of BOQ, tender documents, contract analysis, and procurement practices

5. Assistant Engineer
