Open Position
Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM / GM – HR & Administration (International Projects)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Experience: 10–25+ Years (Infrastructure Projects Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment & resourcing (sourcing, screening, selection)
- Manpower planning with functional & operational teams
- Handling international deployment & visa planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies & policies
- Manage performance appraisal & reward systems
- Drive employee development & welfare initiatives
- Handle employee relations & grievance management
- Manage labour camps, accommodations & logistics
- Oversee insurance (Group Medical, GLPA, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labour laws & HSE policies
Key Requirements
- Experience in Infrastructure Sector (Roads, Power, Railways, Water, etc.)
- Strong leadership in HR strategy & talent management
- Knowledge of international project HR operations
