Assistant Engineer – O&M Audit (SHA)
- Experience: 1–2 Years
- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil Engineering (NIT or equivalent preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Structural Health Assessments (SHA)
- Inspect bridges, flyovers, culverts, ROBs
- Identify structural defects & safety concerns
- Analyse root causes & recommend solutions
- Review drawings & maintenance records
- Prepare detailed audit reports
- Ensure structural safety & compliance
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC / PSC / Steel structures
- Understanding of IRC & IS codes
- Experience in structural inspection & auditing
- Knowledge of NDT techniques (preferred)
- Strong analytical & reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & engineering tools
