Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience Required
- 10 to 15 Years
- Minimum 5 Years experience in Metro Projects (Mandatory)
Job Location
- Bangalore (BMRCL Projects)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Quantity Surveying (QS) & Billing activities
- Ensure cost control, resource planning, and milestone billing
- Perform cost analysis, rate negotiation, and risk management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Handle PRW and subcontractor billing

- Maximum 30 Days
- Preference: 15 Days
