Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 12 to 18 Years
- Experience in Highway / Road Projects (Mandatory)
Job Location
- Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise road construction activities from start to completion
- Experience in NHAI / State Highway projects (Preferred)
- Oversee works like:
- Earthwork
- Subgrade
- GSB, WMM
- DBM, BC layers
- Associated structures
- Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimates
- Monitor project budget and cost control
- Ensure quality, safety, and timeline compliance
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and teams
- Plan and manage manpower, machinery, and materials
- Review contractor bills and manage cash flow
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain project documentation and reports
Job Summary
- Lead end-to-end execution of highway construction projects
- Handle costing, budgeting, and project delivery within timelines
