QS, Billing & Planning
JE / AE / SE / AM / DM
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 12 Years
- Mandatory: Minimum 5 Years experience in Metro/Railway projects
- Note: AM & DM positions should be capable of handling projects independently
Execution / Projects
JE / AE / SE / DPM / Manager
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 15 Years
- Mandatory: Minimum 5 Years experience in Metro/Railway projects
Required Knowledge:
- Pile cap, pier, portal beams, deck slab
- Elevated stations and road restoration works
- Erection and launching works in elevated structures
Preferred Skills:
- Letter drafting (EOT, extra claims, rate analysis)
- Client billing, FIDIC contracts
- Dispute resolution and arbitration
- Pre-contract and post-contract activities
- Monthly MIS reports and claims documentation
Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 5 to 10 Years
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 Years experience in Metro/Railway projects
Erection & Launching
Foreman / Supervisors / JE / AE / SE
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical
- Experience: 5 to 9 Years
- Mandatory: Minimum 5 Years experience in Metro/Railway projects
MEP
JE / AE / DPM
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical
- Experience: 5 to 15 Years
- Mandatory: 3 to 7 Years in Metro/Railway projects
Responsibilities:
- Understand drawings and prepare BOQ/quantities
- Coordinate with civil teams
- Manage materials and maintain stock register
- Track inventory and subcontractor work
- Verify subcontractor bills and maintain measurement sheets (IMR)
- Maintain RFIs, site logbooks, and variation records
QA / QC
Lab Technician / JE / AE
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 3 to 7 Years
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 Years relevant QC experience in Metro/Railway structures
Stores
Senior Assistants / Officers
- Qualification: Relevant Degree
- Experience: 2 to 7 Years
- Mandatory: Experience in Metro/Railway stores management
Resource Mobilization
Senior Assistants / Officers
- Qualification: Relevant Degree
- Experience: 5 to 10 Years
- Mandatory: Experience in manpower mobilization for projects
Safety (HSE)
Assistants / Senior Assistants / Officers
- Qualification: Relevant Degree with Diploma in Fire & Safety
- Experience: 5 to 10 Years
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 Years experience in Metro/Railway safety
Responsibilities:
- Safety supervision and documentation
- Client documentation and safety compliance
- Ensuring availability of manpower as per project requirements
